How do you contact support online using SuiteAnswers?
I go to "SuiteAnswers".
I click "Contact Support Online".
It brings up a generic "search box" where I can search the help database. So, where do I create the new case? I search "SuiteAnswers" for "report performance issues". I find a help document that says...
1. Click the Support tab
2. Select Contact Support Online
3. In the What would you like to do? field, select Report a performance problem.
Well, I don't have "Contact Support Online" under my "Support tab". I do have "support tab->SuiteAnswers->Contact Support Online", but it doesn't have a "What would you like to do" field. All it has is the generic search form to search the help database.
