Remove Logo From Packing Slip???

We are creating a new custom PDF Layout for packing slips so that we can do blind shipments.  We'd like to remove our company logo but can't figure out how to delete it from the packing slip. (We'd also like to remove some other elements.)

Anyone have any ideas?
