Reducing value of shipped order
We occasionally need to reduce the value of an order after it has been shipped & delivered, often this is a good will gesture for customers - this will be something along the lines of a 10% discount.
What's the general view on doing this?
We obviously don't want to return/reship stock is we can avoid it - we simply want to apply a discount to the original order and then issue a credit for the difference.
Mark.
