Product Exchange Proceedure

Just getting started with Netsuite Implementation and found out NS does not have a product exchange transaction (one transaction that takes care of shipping customer new product and returning a damaged or incorrect product) We use this a lot with our current system-anyone have a need for this or an idea about a work around?
