Auto Email Notifications
We have a customer who would like to always have multiple email addresses be sent the cases when they are created and the communication that goes on between the case manager and the customers employee. I know in netsuite only one person can be notified or setup as to be emailed automatically. So if we wanted to always have a specific email copied on all the emailing for the cases what would be the best way to do that?
I was thinking a workflow but I am not familiar with them. If anyone has a different idea or uses a different avenue please let me know.
