Can I have Custom Notes in NetSuite?

Hi all,

I am fairly new to NS. I was wondering if there is a way to have "Notes" on a per user account.

I am giving support to internal users within the organization and ALL THE TIME I have to bring some special item number, or some special customer, or some special vendor, etc etc. At the moment I have an external excel file with this pieces of data that CONSTANTLY I need to use. That is why I would love to have, within NetSuite a place that I can record these Name-Value pairs (or any string for that matter) that I can have handy and IMPORTANTLY that I am the only one that have access to.
