Passwords for New Users

I want to invite a few new users to our account (we only have a few accountants using our account now) and I was wondering how I can assign a random generated password.

In the past, I have just made a fake password for the user and then asked them to change it on the first time accessing the system.  But I would rather the system just send them an invite with a random password instead.

How do you do this?  If I invite 100 users, will I have to create a password for each one?
