Whoever invented the "The record has been edited since you retrieved it. Hit the back button and click Refresh/Reload to retrieve the updated record, then resubmit your changes.", as well as the people who approved this wretched condition NEEDS TO BE PUNISHED !

You need to be locked in a room making extensive changes only to have this message thrown in your face, LOSE ALL YOUR CHANGES, and REDO IT OVER AND OVER until you finally get to SAVE your work !
