Remote Screen Share
My company has over 50 users on Netsuite. Often, as the System Administrator, I have to "show" someone something in Netsuite.
To manage this requires some software, then I setup a meeting, then email the meeting, then the user accepts the email, downloads some software, types their name and we connect. Now, they can see my screen. To see their screen, which is always what I want, they have to download another piece of software.
Please tell me there is a better way and someone can advise us as to the best solution for remote screen share (with presenter swap feature)?
