Sales Order, Opportunity, or Estimate?

Is there a way to setup 6 different templates to reuse for any of these transactions?  I'm not sure which would be the best to use if this can be done.  The idea is for us to go in and use Sales Order "Blue Bike" for an order or Sales Order "White R Bike" for an order - 6 different options that will pull up all of the line items we want for those choices instead of entering each line with every order.  Does that make sense?
