Multiple people processing orders. How to "grab an order".
We have issues when two people start processing the same order. They figure it out when one of them hits a "you can't do this step because someone else has altered this record" message.
We use approvals. What else can we do? What do others do?
It would be cool if we could "grab an order" and even if another user is sitting on the record with it open.. they'd get a pop-up saying "another user grabbed this order".
