Wrapping text... advanced PDF/HTML forms

What controls do we have for wrapping text in a narrow column on advanced PDF/HTML forms

We have some areas on our sales order forms that are wordy to describe complicated item options.  They were coming our like this...

Can we make it only chop between words unless there is no other option?
