File Cabinet Pros and Cons

Hi,
We need to implement solutions for our Document Management in Netsuite and I will appreciate if someone have (or know) document that describe Pros and Cons to use Netsuite File Cabinet.

In addition, we want to understand if there is a way that the document that inserted to Netsuite can automatically redirect to a Specific Folder ("contacts" ,"pictures" "invoice" etc)
