Hosted VOIP provider that integrates with Netsuite recommendations
I'm looking to move to a hosted VOIP system that integrates well with Netsuite for doing call record pop ups as we want to track our interactions with our customers and vendors better. I'd ultimately like to go with a VOIP provider that allows me to set up our remote users with a phone/headset. We also have sales staff that travel and it would be nice to provide those employees with the ability to use a headset from anywhere with a network connection.
In searching for suite apps, I know that Five9, Contivio, and 8x8 are set to work with Netsuite and I've read some of the threads here in the past that people liked 8x8 and Five9 (although the threads were a few years old and a lot can change in a few years).
