Five9 - Looking for feedback from existing customers
We are in the midst of a vendor selection for a Cloud PBX/Contact Center and have narrowed that search to Five9. I am looking for feedback from existing Five9 customers on the efficacy of their integration with NetSuite and vendor performance. Any feedback is greatly appreciated.
