Comments on customer to appear on picking ticket

HI

I am looking for a way to have comments saved on a customers contact, and I would like them to transfer to the picking ticket whenever there is an order under the customers name.

We have some customers that get "special" treatment, and I would  like all of the comments for the customer to appear on the picking ticket so warehouse do not miss any of them. 
What would be the best way having that done ?
