Planned Standard Cost Records

I currently started a new roll-out with a new subsidiary (One World), but it was decided not to roll out, i have created 58,000 planned standard cost records, in which i must delete in order to clear all data and re-use the license for another subsidiary. but it will not allow inline editing to delete, only allows you to delete one record at a time. anyone have any suggestions as to how i can delete all these records.
