OpenAir to NetSuite project migration ?

Has anyone done an OpenAir to NetSuite projects migration? Any gotchas that I should be aware of?

I have a customer doing both NetSuite (for financials) and OpenAir for projects ; they now just want to use NS for all of it. My initial thoughts are "sure!" but I wanted to get a sense of what might go wrong
