Multi-subsidiary employees - possible?
Our NetSuite account has been setup with a separate subsidiary for each legal entity in our group. Many of our employees require access to multiple subsidiaries.
The only two work-arounds that we have found are:
- give a new employee record to an individual for each subsidiary that they require (this can result in up to six access log-ins)
- create a new role, which specifies which subsidiaries they can access (this will result in many roles required across our business, which will be difficult to manage going forward)
Has anyone found a more elegant solution to this issue?
