Please note that on Friday, March 20, 2026, at 8:00 PM Pacific time, our Case Management System will undergo a scheduled maintenance for approximately 4 hours. During this time, case creation via SuiteAnswers will be unavailable and inbound calls will be routed to Customer Service.
Netsuite Scheduled Maintenance Window not showing dates/times.
In the Netsuite Administrator Messages that came out over the weekend, the date field isn't actually working. As the time slot has a value, it seems like the downtime will be in the middle of the afternoon during the companies local time zone. How can we confirm the specific date and time of scheduled downtime? As we head into a Black Friday weekend, this is exceptionally concerning.
