CC Payment accepted in NS but not procesed by Paypal Payflow
A customer of mine has twice submitted a payment through NS with his amex that was completed by NS as a payment, even though the Paypal Payflow side never saw it at all, from what I can tell.
Payflow never created or returned
P/N Ref.
Auth. Code
AVS Street Match
AVS Zip Match
And, when I search Payflow for either of the transactions they don't appear.
So, this isn't a failed cc payment.
I've used NS and Payflow together for years, and this is the first time this type of failure has occurred. It's like NS isn't checking for the completion.
