picking tickets printing 2nd time on backorders
I've already submitted this to NS months back with no resolution.
When I ship a partial order, the picking ticket ends up back in the picking-ticket-hopper and ends up printing again, but only with the items on backorder.
This confuses me and really messes up my assistant. We think it is a brand new order.
This is something new that started in late 2006. Since the day I started printing picking tickets (2003 or 4), this never occured.
and NO, I do not have "allow reprinting" on.
How do I shut this down! The confusion and time lost is just nuts!
