incomplete audit trail
it seems that some of the fields in records do not recognize or document when shanges are made to certain fields. For example, when enforcing credit holds, an user with access to customer records have the ability to turn the automatic hold on or off, with no documentation in the record history.
Please tell me this is not "as designed"??
