Beware! Netsuite making shipping labels and pickings tickets twice!
For last two days while bulk fulfilling netsuite orders, we are getting error messages and the orders show as 'pending fulfillment'. We again fulfill the orders and then it prints the shipping labels without any problems. The next day the UPS labels are again generated for the ones that gave error the day before. The biggest problem is it also generates the picking tickets again.
A few months back this happened and we shipped 100 orders twice. Luckily we found it out and contacted the customers to send it back. We incurred some loss because of netsuite error.
Now this is happening again every day! And that means if not monitored closely numeorus duplicate shipments!
