NIGHTMARE: Zero Freight Items Charging Shipping

Well Folks, I don't know how many of you this will effect but apparently Netsuite made a change without prior indication that items that normally have a 0 in the weight field are suddenly charging extra freight.

This means that items that have a handling cost of $14.95 and a 0 in the weight would charge $14.95. Now we are getting calls that the system is charging $14.95 plus UPS ground shipping costs for 1 pound.

Apparently the default of 0 is no longer working to indicate no shipping charge.

I cannot imagine the number of customers walking away from the shipping costs on our website. I'm expecting huge financial losses if this is not resolved right away.
