Allow NetSuite Support Login
This has been a thorn in my side for quite a while, and I'm curious to know how other people feel. Every time I call NetSuite and log an issue they tell me to turn on "Allow NetSuite Support Login" (even when they can reproduce the bug!). Even though I have tons of open issues and enhancements I haven't turned on Support Login yet because there is nothing in writing information about what it means. The end result is that NetSuite refuses to work on most of my issues or to give me something in writing, so I'm stuck out
