over credit limit- sales orders still saving?
I am stuck- a customer, who is already over their credit amount, and who's terms are N30, (also overdue) - a salesman was able to create a quote, and a subsequent SO, without any warnings. The warnings came through at the time of fulfillment.
Enforce credit holds is ON- the customer credit hold is set to auto.
What am I missing?
