Please note that on Friday, March 20, 2026, at 8:00 PM Pacific time, our Case Management System will undergo a scheduled maintenance for approximately 4 hours. During this time, case creation via SuiteAnswers will be unavailable and inbound calls will be routed to Customer Service.
Duplicate detection problems
We have set our criteria for this to two fields. Postcode and email. Email being a unique field so we thought. However NetSuite decided that the domain should be the only bit that is used so all hotmail.com etc are flagged as duplicates. This has caused the online forms to merge customer records because we switch on the DD in the online forms.
