Please note that on Friday, March 20, 2026, at 8:00 PM Pacific time, our Case Management System will undergo a scheduled maintenance for approximately 4 hours. During this time, case creation via SuiteAnswers will be unavailable and inbound calls will be routed to Customer Service.
Cannot process any transactions?
This morning we are unable to process any transactions (Sales Orders, Invoices, Fulfilments) we have tried from both of our offices using Firefox and Explorer and also on a Mac with the same results. As soon as we click on "Save" we get an Unexpected error has occured contact NetSuite.
We have also tried to run these transactions on forms without scripts and get the same results.
Is anyone else down?
Any suggestions?
