My Advice for Netsuite users is to get TWO internet connections from separate service providers.  Most of your staff's efficiency will come from how fast a page or record loads.  Get the fastest internet connection possible from two internet providers, then when one starts getting slow, make the switch to the other connection.  One of the best moves we have made since getting Netsuite.   Our main internet connection is DSL, with our backup connection being wireless to the building via dish.
