Very slow when opening "Child of" customers
We've got a lot of "Child of" customers, and are having difficulties with opening the child of's main "customer window" in a reasonable time?
Average time is 120 sec. from when we press "view" or "edit" - and by this time, most customers hang up and ask us to call back.
When I double click the Netsuite logo, I can see that it is caused by 98/99% delay on the server.
I've logged it as a case several times, however I haven't had any feedback from Netsuite support, and then I thought I would ask if any one have experienced the same problem?
