Unwanted Items Showing Up in Shopping Cart
This is the second time I have encountered a customer whose shopping cart is getting populated at checkout with many random items that he did not select, this time to the tune of an extra $20 MILLION!!!!!
--->We do not have any products set up to automatically show up in the shopping cart.
--->He was using IE browser. He emptied his temporary internet files and cookies twice. The problem persisted.
--->He manually deleted all of the $20 MILLION worth of items in the shopping cart that he did not want (bless his heart!) but still the problem persisted.
