How to move inventory?
We moved some of our inventory from one location to another. We use the NS multi-location feature. I did an inventory transfer at "transactions -> inventory -> transfer inventory".
The only problem is that NS keeps wanting me to re-order inventory for the old location. I edited the moved items by clearing out the "reorder points" and the "Preferred Stock Level" for the old location on each item that we transfered. When NS re-calculates those fields ...it fills them in for the old location as well as for the new location and we want it to forget about stocking the old location for the items that we transfered.
