"cancel" + "close" what's the difference? redundancy = confusion
When we add an item with a custom inscription (to a sales order), it gives us a little icon in the options column of the SO. We click the icon and it opens the "item option window". We can enter the custom option preferences in the item option window.
That window has three buttons at the bottom. They are...
"Submit" and "Cancel" and "Close".
What is the functional difference between "Cancel" and "Close"!?!
I couldn't find any. Either button sends you back to the SO without taking the changes that you entered. This is just BAD interface design. Get rid of "Close" and just have "Submit" and "Cancel"!!!
