Content Manager - Does this work for anyone?

What am I doing wrong with the Content Manager?
When I click on the link for Content Manager my browser window displays a slowly updating progress bar. 3-4 minutes later a blank Content Manager page appears and my system CPU Usage is pinned at 100% (iexplorer.exe seems to have taken all system resources). At this point my computer and Netsuite are just about completely frozen and after waiting another 5 minutes I give up and force quit IE.
Is any one else experiencing these problems?
