Chart of Account Translation?

For the life of me I can’t figure out how to apply multi language to the chart of account names .  I am almost convinced that this is not a feature.  I’ll ask anyways, is there a way to have different names for your chart of accounts based on language, ie translation?  We have a subsidiary in France hence the chart of accounts should be in French.  But we also need to understand the statements in English for review but headquarters.  Is there a multi language feature for COA names? If not, any workarounds . . .
