Lost -- View Unencrypted Credit Cards

NetSuite Case: 644337

We have lost the ability to have the permission:
View Unencrypted Credit Cards

We faxed our document on October 9th and received the permission at that time.

Today we purchased another license and we can no longer see  Unencrypted Credit Cards because the permission View Unencrypted Credit Cards is gone.

Oh man, what a inopportune time for this to occur...
