Fulfillment and Inventory sometimes both take same item from Inventory
Has anyone encountered a specific set of steps that will cause an Invoice and Item Fulfillment tied to the same Sales Order to double-hit inventory for the same inventory item?
Inventory should only be taken for ONE of either the fulfillment (if it exists) or the invoice. However we are occasionally seeing both records take the same item from inventory. I've walked through the history on one of those sales orders and the realted transactions, but I am having difficulty nailing down the cause. I have reported the problem to support and they are working on it.
