User Interface Timing Out While Being Used
We have a problem of Netsuite sometimes timing out while we are actively entering sales transactions. This was reported in Case Number 644667 and
Defect : 134958 "User Interface Session Timing out"
The last message from support said that since the problem could not reliably reproduced they could not work on fixing it. Well, I just lost 45 minutes unsaved work entering a long transaction when the system got stuck "Searching" for an item! I opened a new tab to see if the rest of NetSuite was working and was redirected to the sign in page. When I signed back in I jumped back to the "Searching" page and it was still "Searching". Pressing stop in the browser did not stop it.
