Viewing one specific SO throws an error
We have one web order stuck in the sales orders to be approved. When we click on it to viewing it, NS throws an error saying "click here to contact support". Other sales orders open fine. I tested this in several different web browsers. Has anyone had this problem? Did you ask the customer to re-order or did you find a way to get it un-stuck?
The broken SO is the latest one that we have received. It remains to be seen if ALL sales orders that follow will also have the same issue as the broken SO.
