NetSuite crawling today

192 seconds to save a case and just as long for a SO.  This may have to do with NetSuite's mail servers.  I saved an "internal only" message in a case and it was instant.  I saved another case that was set to be emailed and was not "internal only" ...it took 190+ seconds.  The three minute save times are also happening when saving sales orders.

Anyone else having these issues?
