Permissions for Customer Refunds
I have an odd problem with setting permissions for Customer Refunds.
Our Accountant and A/R Clerk Roles cannot see links/buttons to issue a Refund from Cash Sale or. The transactions permissions on the roles are set to Edit for Customer Refund. Credit Memo is fine with the same permissions.
The only way I can do this now is to use the Admin role, so I am stuck doing refunds instead of my employees.
There are no other restrictions on the role (boxes at the top are all unchecked)
Any other permissions settings I am missing?
