Defects / Bugs versus Enhancements

How many of the defects that you have reported to NetSuite are reclassified as Enhancements after NetSuite decides that the problem you have reported is not a defect?


I was inspired by Suite_E's post in the "How do you feel about the amount of defects in NetSuite (old thread, new subject)" thread to start this new thread that I believe go to the heart of many NetSuite Users frustration with resolving Problems (Issues) with NetSuite.
