Item name is referring multiple items. Help!
I have "Service for Resale" items: Item1, Item2, Item3, Item4
One of the orders with Item1 gave me an error during import: "The itemRef element contains a reference that is not unique" I thought that was weird, so I put Item1 in search box in NetSuite. Strangely, it listed both Item1 and Item2. When I search for Item2, it still lists both. Those items are somewhow connected but I could not find out how or why.
Both items cost the same, they are from the same vendor, they have different internal ID and names. They are not subitem of anything, and they don't have any related/corelated items.
