Shipping calculations seem to be broken
We had a web order today that looked something like this...
qty.....item
1......Widget A
1......Widget B
1......Widget C
Shipping cost = $20.
We edited the order and removed Widget B and Widget C. We re-calculated shipping and we got this...
qty.....item
1......Widget A
Shipping cost = $40.
I did some more tests. The SAME widget (47 lb widget) that gets charged $23.28 for shipping (when entered through the webstore) gets charged close to $40 when entered through the NS back-office!!!!!!!!!! What is going on with NS?
Any Ideas???? Issues, Issues and more Issues :-(. Business is tough enough without your software provider working against you!
