Credit Card Transaction Failed
Over the past week we have received between 15-20 credit card transactions and all but 2 of them have gone through (on two different days). Both of the orders that failed have the error message "An error occurred while processing the credit card. Please contact the merchant for assistance." We use Merchante-solutions so I contacted them and they could not see the error and suggested I contact NS. I hate calling support so I thought I would try the user group first. When I did a search on the subject I found that this problem has occurred before. Can anyone
