Email Slow today?

Have been experiencing very slow emails today...any one else?

Our Customer service email address is local.  We forward a copy to netsuite to generate the case at the same time. 

some examples of delay include

18 minutes
48 minutes
63 minutes

We are both a NetSuite heavy and email heavy customer.   Delays in email severly affect our ability to work.  Everything from customer service, to scheduling events for our field techs, to notify our engineering groups of issues, to sending contracts to our customers
