erro, system copy a line automatically

From today, when we edit and enter invoice, estimate, sales order, the system will copy the last line automatically. It doesn't copy the item name, but copy all other columns. We have to remove then cancel the line to get rid of it.
It seems happen in Firefox not in IE.
Please find out what happened.
