Knowledge Base search an enhancement????

ok we were looking at our internal knowledge base (we know the external one is non customisable) but whenever we tried to search it it would not only pull back solutions but also information and inventory items, not very useful when you are trying to solve a problem.

Ok must be something broken we thought, lets submit a case....

only to find out no its not broken its an enhancment!!! Please tell me what the point of a knowledge base search that searches all items not just topics and solutions is?????? very :mad:
