Summarize Scheduled Emails = true - still ignores custom email body
From the (field) help:
Oh goody!For search emails containing results from one record (single-record results), you can enter custom body text.
You can include values from search results fields in this text by entering field IDs enclosed in curly braces {fieldID}. Select a field in the Insert Field
And then there is this part which I'm happy about:
Single-record results emails are sent for all alerts, and for scheduled emails to recipients derived from the Recipients from Results subtab when the Summarize Scheduled Emails box is disabled.
Problem is it doesn't work. I have UNCHECKED the Summarize Results and have entered a (very!) lengthy custom message and the emails still list the results as rows and completely ignore the custom message.
